The Union of Pacific Asian Communities (UPAC) had their 35th Anniversary Gala Celebration at the Sheraton by the Airport May 9th, 2009.   Some personal highlights from the night include the black cod with miso on butter lettuce from Nobu San Diego and the demo by Nespresso Business Solutions, for an amazing smooth expresso with the ease of just touching a button.
